Welcome to HOME CRUISE CONTROL

About the Service

Home Cruise Control is a proactive home maintenance program designed to take the guesswork and stress out of caring for your property. Much like the cruise control feature in a car, our program sets a steady course for keeping your home in peak condition. From routine inspections to preventive maintenance, Home Cruise Control helps homeowners plan, avoid costly surprises, and enjoy peace of mind knowing their home is always running smoothly.

How It Works

The program begins with a home assessment and maintenance program that identifies and performs regular maintenance on critical systems within any home or business. Key maintenance needs across svarious ystems ,lincluding exteriorsurfaces, Plumbing, Doors, Roofing, HVAC, and other nessentialsystems. From there, our staff will perform a seasonal tune-up on the identified systems; repairing and cleaning systems or items as needed to ensure every part of your home remains in top shape. Home Cruise Control also tracks maintenance milestones and upcoming service dates, sending reminders and updates so homeowners never miss a critical task.

Benefits & Outcomes

With Home Cruise Control, homeowners can protect the value of their property, extend the lifespan of major systems, and reduce the likelihood of emergency repairs. By shifting from reactive fixes to proactive care, the program saves money, minimizes disruptions, and creates a healthier and safer living environment. Whether you’re a first-time homeowner or a long-time resident, Home Cruise Control turns maintenance into a manageable, predictable process, allowing you to focus on enjoying your home rather than worrying about its upkeep.
